Terms of Use & Medical Disclaimer
Last updated: October 25, 2026
1. Educational & harm-reduction purpose only — not medical advice
All content published on openpeptideproject.org—including the Evidence Library, the Open Peptide Standard, Batch Test Results, and the Observational Registry Study Protocol—is provided strictly for general educational, scientific, and harm-reduction purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription, or dosing instruction.
Reading or interacting with this site does not create a physician-patient, clinician-patient, or fiduciary relationship between you and Adam Greene or any contributor to the Open Peptide Project. Always consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or before starting, stopping, or altering any drug, supplement, or research compound.
2. No sale, supply, endorsement, or dosing instructions
The Open Peptide Project does not manufacture, compound, sell, supply, distribute, recommend, or link to sellers of any peptide, research chemical, or pharmaceutical product. Many compounds summarized in the Evidence Library are unapproved investigational compounds or research chemicals that have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any international regulatory authority for human use. Study concentrations, routes, and regimens reported inside collapsed study-detail tables describe what historical scientific publications did and must never be read as instructions or recommendations for personal use.
3. Scope and limitations of batch test reports
Any analytical or microbiological batch test report published under the Open Peptide Standard describes only the specific blind sample vial(s) tested from that batch number on the stated test date. A batch test grade (including A+, Pass, Caution, or Fail, or a Pharma-comparable analytical impurity flag):
- Applies strictly to the tested sample and batch number, and expires after the stated period;
- Never certifies, endorses, grades, or approves any vendor, brand, or supplier across batches;
- Cannot guarantee lot-wide sterility, absence of unmeasured contaminants, proper storage after shipping, or safety for human or animal administration.
4. No warranties & limitation of liability
This website and all content, evidence summaries, protocols, and test reports are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adam Greene and contributors to the Open Peptide Project shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, personal injury, or loss arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, or reliance upon any information on this website, or your independent purchase, possession, or use of any substance discussed on this website.
5. Pre-incorporation status & supporter contributions
The Open Peptide Project is currently operated personally by Adam Greene as an independent, self-funded public-interest project while nonprofit incorporation and IRS 501(c)(3) applications are being prepared (see About and Disclosure). While nonprofit incorporation and IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt determination are pending, any voluntary supporter contributions go directly toward blind ISO/IEC 17025 lab testing and project infrastructure and are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal or state income tax purposes.
6. Intellectual property & open citation
Unless otherwise noted, original plain-language evidence summaries, protocol text, and testing standards published by the Open Peptide Project may be shared and cited for non-commercial educational and scientific use with clear attribution and a direct link to the source page on openpeptideproject.org, provided that no vendor or commercial seller uses our name, logo, or batch test reports to advertise, promote, or imply endorsement of any product for sale.
7. Governing law & venue
These Terms of Use and any dispute arising from or relating to the Open Peptide Project or this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
